Our verdicts are generated by AI and automated systems. They may contain errors. A "Safe" verdict does not guarantee that something is not a scam; a "Scam" verdict is a risk assessment, not a legal conclusion. Use your own judgement.
GotAScam is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, or completeness of our analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotAScam and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses from following or ignoring a verdict.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Trial periods are free and require no payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account and request data deletion at any time via contact.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
